How long does the battery last?

Our remote control cars are equipped with batteries that provide between 30 and 45 minutes of driving time per charge.

  • The Revodrift® Starter includes a 30 min battery.
  • The Revodrift® Evolution includes a 40 min battery.
  • The Revodrift® Pro includes a 45 min battery.

How long does it take to charge the cars?

Charging time depends on the model. Typically, our batteries take between 60 and 90 minutes for a full charge.

Can I use the cars outdoors?

Yes! Our models are designed to be used on various surfaces such as asphalt, concrete, or hard ground. However, to ensure the best drifting performance and preserve durability, we recommend avoiding rough or uneven terrains.

What safety measures should I take?

It is recommended to always use the cars under adult supervision for children under 14 years old. Our models come with safety features to prevent battery overcharging and motor overheating.

How do I maintain my remote control car?

To ensure your car lasts, regularly clean the tires and remove any debris. Avoid getting the electronics wet, and periodically check the batteries and motor for optimal performance.

How to place an order?

Our online store is open 24/7. The ordering process consists of several steps:

  1. Cart: Check the contents of your order. You can modify quantities at this stage.
  2. Customer Information: Enter your personal details and shipping address.
  3. Shipping: Choose your preferred delivery method from the options provided.
  4. Payment: Select your payment method. You can review your order details, including the items and any optional services, as well as delivery costs.
  5. Order Confirmation: To ensure your order is correctly processed, make sure you reach this stage. You will receive an email confirmation with the reference number and tracking details.

What is the order processing time?

A complete order, in stock and paid by credit card, will be processed within 24 to 72 hours. Orders are prepared from Monday to Saturday.

How can I track my order?

Delivery & Returns

What are the delivery times?

The average delivery time is between 5 to 10 working days, excluding dispatch time.
In exceptional cases (such as postal strikes or busy periods like Christmas), delivery may take longer.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery is free of charge. We cover all shipping costs, and shipments are handled by our partners, including DHL, UPS, and Royal Mail.

My order has been dispatched, but I haven’t received it yet. What should I do?

Check the tracking details provided in the shipping confirmation email. If the parcel is out for delivery, please allow time until the scheduled delivery date. If your parcel is with the courier, you can pick it up at the location mentioned on the tracking notice. Double-check that the delivery address on your order is correct.

My package has been shipped, but I haven’t received it yet. What should I do?

First, check the tracking information provided in the confirmation email. If it shows that it’s out for delivery, please wait until the scheduled delivery date. If the package is in holding with the carrier, you may need to pick it up from the indicated location. Also, verify that the delivery address on your order is correct.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

Before contacting us, check your order confirmation to see if the item received is indeed different from what was ordered. If the item is incorrect, please contact customer service by email.

An item is missing, what should I do?

Your order may have been shipped in several packages. Check your order confirmation email to see if you have multiple tracking numbers. If all packages have been delivered but an item is still missing, please contact customer service via email.

How do I exercise my right to cancel?

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to return them and get a full refund, provided the items are unused and in original condition.
